For new customers, please complete the NEW CLIENT FORM, and the RESERVATION REQUEST FORM on the home page of our website.
You will need to upload your dogs vaccination records. If you are unable to upload the records, please have your vet e-mail them to us at:
We will then e-mail you the BOARDING/MEDICAL WAIVERS
that you will e-sign and submit back to us.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
*DROP-OFFS AND PICK-UPS ARE BY APPOINTMENTS ONLY

*Once a reservation has been made, you will need to TEXT Rebecca at (479)866-5224
at least the evening before the arrival day to schedule your drop-off time.
*For drop-offs and pick-ups, we DO NOT allow customers to enter the kennel area. We work hard on keeping our guests happy and stress free - Seeing unfamiliar people walk in disrupts the dogs and causes stress to them and the new guests.
HOURS OF OPERATION
MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30am - 1:00pm and 3:00pm - 6:00pm
(For boarding guests Monday-Friday, Pick up is until 1:00pm. If you need to pick up
between 3:00 - 6:00pm, a fee of 15.00 per dog will be applied.)
SATURDAY 9:00am - 2:00pm
(Saturday pick up is until 2:00pm)
SUNDAY 2:00pm - 6:00pm
(There are no drop-offs or pick-ups Sunday mornings.)
*Please try to be on time to your appointment, as we often have drop-offs and pick-ups scheduled close together.
Being on time helps prevent too many customers showing up at once.
*Parking is in front of the shop... feel free to pull up close to the door for unloading.
*Pets and belongings will be dropped off in the front check-in room. We will take your dog from there, and get them settled.
Packing For Your Dog
FOOD
*We ask that you please bring your pets food and treats,
as this will help prevent any upset stomach issues during their stay with us.
However, if you forget, we offer our house food for $3 dollars a day, per dog.
*For stays less than a week, please measure the correct amount of food for the AM and PM feeding,
and place in separate zip-lock bags, labeled AM and PM.
*For stays longer than a week, or for multi-pet families and/or dogs on different diets, there is no need to divide the food into baggies - For these situations, feel free to bring their food in containers that seal. If you bring the original bag of dog food, please supply a bag clip so that we can secure the food.
*We DO have a refrigerator for food that should stay cold.
OTHER ITEMS
**Please have leashes and harnesses labeled with your dogs name**
*Feel free to pack your dogs bed, blanket, chew toys and toys.
Please understand that sometimes blankets may not come home in one piece and your packed toys may take a trip out to the play yard where they could be shaken, torn, or end up in a good game of tug of war!
**We are not responsible for any damaged toys, beds, or blankets**
We do provide dog bowls, raised cots, blankets, balls, and treats.

1/2 Day- up to 5 hours is $20.00
3 days a week = $18 each day
5 days a week = $15 each day
Full Day- $30.00
